We make use of a lesson plan template, and together with the co-teacher.
Yes, we have high group, middle high, middle low and low.
Weekly.
We plan peer group, but also we plan for individuals with extra needs.

What PD do you do?  How often do you have PD?


We have 3 times a week PD from 1pm to 2pm. It is school related to improve classroom practice and the school, and sometimes we get people from different companies to share new ideas with us.










Class Management





What do you need to manage your class?
How do you manage your class?  Do you have any problems with class management?  Which classroom rules do you use? Why?
You need to well organized and have a good management plan in place.
No we don’t have classroom management problems because we have a good plan in action.
They must raise their hand before they talk. Look at my teacher, I keep my hands to myself I listen when others speak. And the robot discipline plan helps to keep the children in order.
