We have 3 times a week PD from
1pm to 2pm. It is school related to improve classroom practice and the
school, and sometimes we get people from different companies to share new
ideas with us.

You need to well organized and
have a good management plan in place.
No we don’t have classroom
management problems because we have a good plan in action.
They must raise their hand before
they talk. Look at my teacher, I keep my hands to myself I listen when others
speak. And the robot discipline plan helps to keep the children in order.
