Teacher gives the student papers to do the activity and fill it. they have to go to the library and pick a book to read.

Learners pay attention to the teacher and listen to her carefully.

Learners start the activity and discus about it with their peers so they finish the activity and get a point.

How do you plan? Do you plan weekly, daily, as part a team or individually?
She plans weekly.

Do you do anything you haven’t planning a lesson? 
Depending on finding better recourse than the recourse she planned to use.

What is important to you when planning a lesson?
Outcomes theme students levels, student behavior and recourses.

Do you plan to do the same thing with all children in the classroom? (Why/why not)?

No, Because there are different academic levels in her class room. And as a teacher she differentiate her instructions, materials, activities and the materials she uses for each level.
